Its tensile strength is 60-95 N/mm², and its elongation is ≥25% (thickness 0.2-3.0 mm). 1350 VS Other 1000 aluminum strips

Chemical composition: 1350 has an aluminum content ≥99.5%, with a balanced impurity (Si/Fe/Cu) ratio, emphasizing electrical stability; 1050 has the same aluminum content but without impurity optimization; 1060 (≥99.6%) and 1070 (≥99.7%) have higher purity and fewer impurities.

Electrical conductivity: 1070 is the best (≥62.7% IACS), followed by 1350 (≥62.0% IACS, stronger stability), 1060 (≥61.5% IACS), and 1050 is the worst (≥60.0% IACS).

Mechanical properties: 1350 has better fatigue strength and durability, with a service life 15%-20% longer than 1050/1060; the tensile strength and elongation of all four are basically the same.
